How to make your own song on Guitar Hero?

Hey everyone. I don’t mean like on guitar hero but does anyone know if there is a thing that you can download onto your computer that is like Guitar Hero, and it lets you make your own songs and beats? I hope you know what I mean lol. Thanks.

1Not that I know of. There are people who mod their systems so they can do that kind of thing.
