Ibanez Acoustic Guitar

i’m a BEGINNER with the acoustic guitar and i’m struggling between a fender acoustic pack, or an ibanez pack. i need something i can play right out of the box not a guitar i need to buy new strings for and tone down the action and etc. please give me advice on only the fender and ibanez brands cuz thats all im asking for :) im spending 200$ on the guitar too cuz im only a beginner so thats my budget. pleeasee help!! im in desperate need lol
by the way the ibanez AND fender packs im looking at are BOTH 200$ i just dont know which to choose. its the ibanez IJP5S and the fender CD60
they both come with hardshell cases lol
