I have a 12 string Acoustic Epiphone Guitar. Model NO-245, Serial number 471827. The label says Norlin and Made in Japan. Great condition. Thanks for any help.
It depends on if you’re selling it to an individual ($300 if excellent or very good shape), using it for trade-in on another guitar (stated value of $200-300, actual credit of $100 if you go to Guitar Center—ohoh, I smell a lawsuit), pawn shop will loan $50 in most big cities, —- get the picture? Now, I will have to adjust those quotes DOWN if this model doesNOT have a SOLID spruce top. Since it was made in Japan and distributed by Norlin (nice folks), It’s classified as a “jobber” guitar— not your top line, big ticket poop-box. ‘K? Hang on to it and play it a lot. Use light or med.-light guage strings. Silk ‘n Steel, Silk’n Bronze (easier on your fingers and neck of guitar), store flat in a case away from outside walls or windows ( under the bed is good), loosen the strings for long term storage, … and baste and turn every fifteen min— never mind. Good luck, be happy , write when you find work!
